Dr. Çetin Koç receives NSF award for Cyber Physical Systems Security Education Workshop
Congratulations to Dr. Çetin Koç on receiving an NSF award for his project entitled, "Cyber Physical Systems Security Education Workshop."
Cyber-physical systems (CPS) control much of the U.S. critical infrastructure including power generation, telecommunications, water supply, and control systems. Like all computing devices, they are vulnerable to cyber attacks. Dr. Koç's project describes an international NSF CPS Security Education Workshop which will be the first such effort to address current and future CPS security education needs; and is to be hosted in Paris, France in March 2017.
