CS Prof. Oscar Ibarra named Theoretical Computer Science journal’s most prolific author
During the 40th anniversary celebration of the Theoretical Computer Science (TCS) journal, CS Professor Oscar Ibarra was noted as the most prolific author contributing to the computer science journal.
TCS is published by the prestigious academic publishing company Elsevier and covers topics in theoretical computer science.
The 40th year anniversary of TCS was celebrated during the 42nd International Colloquium on Automata, Languages, and Programming (ICALP 2015), which took place July 10th in Kyoto, Japan. During the presentation, TCS Editor-in-Chief G. Ausiello noted that, during the past 40 years, Oscar Ibarra contributed more articles (51) than any other author.
