Profs. El Abbadi, Almeroth, and Belding become IEEE Fellows

Congratulations to Professors Amr El Abbadi, Kevin Almeroth, and Elizabeth Belding for their elevation to the status of IEEE Fellow!

Prof. El Abbadi was named IEEE Fellow for contributions to the design of fault-tolerant large-scale data management systems. Prof. Almeroth was named IEEE Fellow for contributions to multicast communication, wireless networks, and educational technology. Prof. Belding was named IEEE Fellow for contributions to mobile and wireless networking and communication protocols.
