Prof. Yan receives IEEE ICDM 10-Year Highest Impact Paper Award for his research paper, “gSpan: Graph-Based Substructure Pattern Mining.” (Google Scholar) The work was co-authored by Xifeng Yan and Jiawei Han and it was Xifeng’s first paper in his Ph.D. study.
