The Institute for Energy Efficiency announced this year’s Peter J. Frenkel Foundation fellows. This award is made possible through the generous support of The Peter J. Frenkel Foundation and is granted to two advanced doctoral candidates in recognition of their outstanding research contributions to the field of energy efficiency.

Nevena Golubovic with the Computing Solutions Group has been granted this year's Peter J. Frenkel Foundation Fellow. Nevena Golubovic is a PhD candidate in the Computer Science Department. Her dissertation involves tailoring cloud computing and IoT to agricultural processes and is being completed under the supervision of Professors Chandra Krintz and Rich Wolski.
