Congratulations to UCSB CS Master's student Nevena Golubović on receiving the 2014 Google Anita Borg Memorial Scholarship!


Google Anita Borg Scholarship recipients each received a $10,000 award for the 2014-2015 academic year. Scholarships were awarded based on the strength of each candidate's academic background and demonstrated leadership. All scholarship recipients were invited to attended the Scholars' Retreat on June 18-21, 2014 at the Google Headquarters in Mountain View, CA. Anita Borg Scholars participate in a unique program that includes professional development as well as community outreach.
