This year, four students from University of California, Santa Barbara were recognized, with three of them coming from the UC Santa Barbara College of Creative Studies Computing program. CCS Computing majors Gabriel Pizarro, Ziv Weissman, and Eirini Schoinas were honored alongside Javin Zipkin from UCSB’s Computer Science program in the College of Engineering.

The CRA Outstanding Undergraduate Researcher Awards are highly competitive and are based on faculty nominations from institutions across North America. Congratulations again to these outstanding students for this national recognition and for representing UCSB so well!
