- Financial Reports and Forecasting
- Annual fiscal close and carry-forward process
- GUS user accounts
- Connexxus Direct Bill Authorizations
- Recharge activity
- Faculty Course Buy-out requests
- Management of Gateway role authorizations and account assignments
- Authorization of all financial transactions, and review of payroll projections and ledger reconciliation
- Ensures accuracy, allowability, and compliance with cost accounting and audit standards of finanical transactions and operations
- Guidance regarding complex financial and employment matters in the following areas:
- financial accounting and administration
- purchasing and reimbursements
- travel
- contract and grant funding
- gift funding
- employment and payroll
- visa processing issues
