Job Duties

• Responsible for all aspects of the undergraduate program
• Advises students on major requirements and degree progression
• Maintains student academic records and processes all petitions
• Prepares and updates quarterly schedule
• Maintains waiting lists and distributes approval codes
• Coordinates Spring Insight and Summer Orientation activities
• Advises potential change of majors (read information here before emailing)
• All emails sent to the Undergrad Advisor should be from your UCSB account and include your perm number!
