Bio

Haraldur T. Hallgrímsson is a Ph.D. candidate at UC Santa Barbara. His research interests are broadly in the domains of applied machine learning and data science, and in learning interpretable models to understand human behavior and health. Haraldur recieved a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Iceland. He has applied his research during internships at Google Research, YouTube, and Evidation Health, as well as previously as a research engineer at Nox Medical.
