CS290G - Project Proposal - Implementation of AES

In this project we propose to implement the AES cryptographic scheme on the
Unix platform. Further, we plan to evaluate the speed and performance of our
implementation against other well known implementations of AES.
Specifically, we use the paper by D. J. Bernstein and Peter Schwabe titled
"New AES software speed records" for a thorough evaluation of our approach.
