For the course project in CS 290G, I plan to implement the 
Spectral Hashing Algorithm on MATLAB. The following are the 
aims of the project:

1. To implement the algorithm on MATLAB.
2. Optimize the code for speed and memory.
3. Prepare a set of benchmarks for comparisons with code for 
the same algorithm written in C and MAPLE.
